Lola’s Surprise at the Park

Lola, a little black mini poodle with curly fur and a wagging tail, loved her daily walks. Every afternoon, she pranced through the neighborhood with her owner, sniffing the flowers and greeting other pups along the way.

One sunny day, Lola trotted toward her favorite park,only to stop in her tracks. Her tiny paws froze on the sidewalk.

Something was different.

There, where the open grass used to be, stood a brand-new dog park! It had a colorful splash pad, a wiggly obstacle course, and even a little tunnel just her size

.

Lola’s tail wagged so fast it could have powered a tiny windmill. She zoomed forward, eager to explore every inch.

First, she tiptoed through the splash pad. Water sprayed into the air, misting her fur. Lola barked with joy and playfully pawed at the dancing droplets.

Then, she eyed the obstacle course. A balance beam! set of tiny jumps! Could she do it? She took a deep breath and leaped over the first hurdle. Success! She scampered over the bridge, zigzagged through cones, and dove through the tunnel like a champion

Nearby, other dogs were playing, wagging their tails in delight. A fluffy golden retriever splashed in the water, a speedy terrier dashed over the ramps, and a sleepy bulldog lay in the shade, watching the fun unfold.

Lola felt like the luckiest poodle in the world

She trotted back to her owner, her paws wet and her heart full. “Best day ever,” she thought, already dreaming of her next visit to the doggy wonderland
